Human Resources Recruiting Assistant

Ohio Pickling and Processing is hiring for a Recruiting Assistant to help with current and future growth. This position will be part-time with possibility for full-time hours in the future. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead all recruiting efforts including but not limited to: collaborating with the Company Management to proactively identify hiring needs, attract candidates, and lead the screening/interviewing process. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings on various platforms, resume screening, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and conducting onsite interviews and tours.

Qualifications:

* Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
