POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Amazing Care's company culture, optimizing onboarding efforts, enhancing employee retention, and creating scalable, repeatable HR processes. You will oversee HR operations across all departments and locations, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and culture, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth and success.
- Collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to assist with the organization's long-term people strategy and goals.
- Serves as a trusted and thought partner to deliver progressive and innovative people-focused programs to support Amazing Care's employees and leaders.
- Lead initiatives to develop and promote a positive company culture that reflects our values and fosters employee engagement and morale.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that provide a seamless and positive experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to succeed.
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures that are scalable, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Leverage HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance employee self-service capabilities, and improve data management and reporting.
- Track and analyze HR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, using turnover data, to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives and represent HR perspectives in decision-making processes.
- Supervisory responsibility for the organization's HR Coordinators; Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes that may impact HR policies and practices.
- Communicates effectively in writing and verbally to all levels of the organization as well as with external contacts with varying professional disciplines.
- Builds and maintains a positive and respectful working relationship with all levels of employees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 7+ years of experience in Human Resources. Graduate degree or certification a plus.

- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems, applicant tracking a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
