As a Payroll Specialist at GO Car Wash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our team members. This includes payroll processing, data maintenance, compliance, and communication with our teams.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
• Knowledge of UKG is a plus.

You must also be able to:

• Payroll Processing:

  • Process weekly payroll for all Teammates at GO, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify timekeeping records and address any discrepancies.
  • Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed.

• Compliance:

  • Stay informed about federal and state payroll regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

• Communication:

  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to address payroll-related issues.

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

• Experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and converse with all levels and functions of leadership, teammates, and candidates.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel.

This is a part-time position with a schedule Monday - Wednesday payroll processing schedule, either remote, in our Greenwood Village, CO office or both!

This position has a starting rate of $25.00 per hour. Offer is dependent on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
