Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Oversee FMLA administration and ensure compliance with all leave laws
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Oracle or UltiPro
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for employees
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
