The Case Management Case Aide will be responsible for a variety of duties, which includes responding to initial calls to Foothills Gateway regarding services and supports. Assessing and screening calls to find the best options for the member. Facilitating contact with FGI Intake Case Managers or LTSS Case Managers. Spanish bilingual preferred with a $1.00 increase in pay rate.
Requirements:
· One year or more experience and/or training in office support preferred.
· Knowledge of HIPPA and confidentiality policies and rules preferred.
· Knowledge of Long-Term Service and Supports and Case Management preferred.
· Experience in document control, customer relations and contact with public.

- $1700 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment.
-1 full-time position at $17.06-20.47/hr. DOE/DOQ
