Form of workProvides full-service HR functions for assigned areas from the beginning/recruitment to the end/termination for Manatee Memorial Hospital with liaison support service to all employees and leaders. Develops plans, organizes directs, coordinates and monitors assigned respective are Human Resources activities. Provides support, guidance, and training to all levels of staff at facility. Responsible for monitoring and assuring compliance during the processes of recruitment, hiring, compensation, and employment. Assists Directors and Executive Team with strategic planning and development to ensure full utilization of Human Resources to achieve facility and system-wide goals. Must possess thorough knowledge of the HR standards and guidelines for (not an all-inclusive list) TJC, Wage & Hour ADA, FMLA, Employment Laws, Civil Rights and HR, policies, procedures, and handbook. Responsible for developing, overseeing, and monitoring activities to improve Employee Satisfaction and Service Excellence.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or other Related field required.
Minimum 5 years Management experience. acute care exp
Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience in acute care experience required.
HR certification preferred.
