RESPONSIBILITIES.

Design and management of HR projects: Active participation in HR projects and taking on responsibility.

Strategic partnership: Development of a strategic partnership with management.

Personnel team leadership: Leadership and continuous development of a 2-person personnel team.

HR consulting: Contact person for executives and employees in all HR-related matters.

Recruiting: Responsibility and support for all international assembly assignments as well as all country-specific personnel issues.

Operational HR work: Full range of operational HR work, from creating employment contracts to issuing work certificates.
OUR
REQUIREMENTS.

Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial training with further education in the HR field or a comparable degree with a focus on HR.

Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a management position in Human Resources.

Software skills: Good knowledge of MS Office.
