Position Overview
The Human Resources Intern role will provide an opportunity to gain experience within various areas of the Human Resources department supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging area.
This position is based in Rosemont, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Build DEIB Social Media presence
- Develop a DEIB library, calendar of events and DEIB micro learnings
Required Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program at least to the sophomore level at an accredited college or university
- Pursuing degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Committed to ensuring a work culture of inclusion for all!
- Digitally savvy - proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and concern for quality
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization
- Self-starter with proven organizational, analytic, and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and benchmark for best practices
