The Human Resources Intern will learn and assist with day-to-day Human Resources functions to include:

• Auditing files
• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Training
• Employee relations and HR specific projects (depending on interests)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Interest in working with human resource information software and propensity to adapt to technology easily.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, points of view and recommendations to management.
• Thirst for knowledge and ability to articulate needs and influence decision making
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Project management skills a plus.
• Ability to take direction and then work independently to achieve goals.
• Ability to maintain confidential information is a requirement.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have proof of citizenship or the appropriate US work status documentation.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check will be required.
• Bilingual strongly preferred

Preferred majors:

Rising Juniors or Seniors obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or business-related field
