Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled Intern. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in executing various HR tasks and initiatives. Responsibilities include administrative support across multiple HR functions, such as recruitment, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, engagement, employee records management and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.
What You'll Do:
As a Human Resources Intern, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
• Assist in job description formatting, distribution, and filing.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Post jobs openings on the applicant tracking system in accordance with established format.
Onboarding Support:
• Schedule orientations, ensure all new hire paper work is completed, and filed timely.
Employee Records and Documentation:
• Conduct file maintenance to ensure accurate record-keeping and up-to-date documents including employee records, policies, procedures, templates, etc.
• Assist in creating and distributing monthly reports.
• Support employee committees to maintain a well-organized events.
• Employee Engagement Events
• Additional tasks and responsibilities
