EisnerAmper is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be in the NYC tri-state area with easy access to our New York and/or Metro Park, NJ offices and is expected to be in the office at least once a week.
Reporting to our Sr. Manager of TA Operations, you will provide support and receive experience working with EisnerAmper's sourcing, recruiting, and operations teams within the Talent Acquisition function.

What You Will Do:
- Support and shadow recruiting teams to learn and provide candidate sourcing support in a professional services environment
- Review historical recruiting data and analyze trends, metrics, and methods to drive increase operational efficiency and efficacy
- Support Recruitment Marketing's creation and release of social content
- Engage with EisnerAmper interns and professionals inside and outside of HR
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently sophomore or junior in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with a GPA of a 3.0
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint especially) and with creation of visual and written content for presentation purposes
