Your responsibilities
- Use the internet to inquire into potential customers
- Preside over employee database records
- Manage a number of administrative duties
- Assist in new employee on-boarding orientation planning- HR related experience desired
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Adeptness in Conducting Phone Screens
- Conduct Interviews experience highly desired
- Recruiting Activities experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Background working with Clerical Duties
- Proficiency in Scanning Documents
- Human Resources (HR) Administration experience desired
- General familiarity with compliance
- Microsoft Office Products experience highly preferred
- Earlier work involving Routine Clerical
- Demonstrated knowledge of Phone Screens
- Strong communication and social skills
- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
- Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
