SBS is looking for a Human Resources professional to help out with administrative duties at our office in Stow. This is an onsite position during office hours, 8:30 to 4:30 Monday-Friday.
Essential Job Duties:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Over see compliance with employment law
- Manage communications between community partners and some vendors
- Conduct Employee Recruitment and Screen Candidates
- Interview Candidates
- Manage the Onboarding Pipeline
- Manage schedules of HR recruiting team
- Manage physical and virual employee files and employee access to timekeeping systems
- Complete and keep records for unemployment, worker's compensation, and similar forms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or other related fields
- Knowledge of legal procedures for things like compliance, employment law, worker's comp.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
