Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job description library including revisions and development, as required.
- Maintain company compensation structure, including salary grades and bonus tiers in HR system and Comp analyst
- Support expansion of rewards platform
- Participate in the annual compensation processes and the related design, preparation, implementation, and follow through.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Human Resources, employment law and payroll.
- Complete annual reporting requirements including 401K, ACA, EEO-1, etc.
- Complete payroll process as needed. Keep up to date with any process changes, support timesheet administration, commissions, and pre and post payroll reporting.
- Performs other related ad-hoc duties and reporting as required and assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong data analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Ability to develop relationships and deliver a high level of service
- Ability to function in a dynamic environment subject to changes in priorities, ambiguity, and limited direction
- Knowledge of multi-state employment and payroll laws and regulations
- High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Some payroll experience
