The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Generalist ( 5 month assignment) to join our Human Resources team. This is a temporary position supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who is able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Benefits administration
- Leave Administration
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining employee records and files
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department

PAY RATE: $22.00 - $30.00 PER HOUR
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative position
- Heavy Benefits and leave admin experience
- ADP Experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
