SalaryRapidly growing company in the infrastructure industry is looking for an HR Generalist to join its team. This individual will work hand in hand with the companies Controller and HR Manager on employee relations, training and development, recruitment, and payroll. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will:
- Setting and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining personnel records and all relevant data relating to HR functions
- Work with Senior Management on employee relations and retention
- Assisting with the recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding processes
- Assisting with the preparation and reporting of staff payroll
- Assist with general accounting duties including accounts payable and reconciliations
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in HR/Business or related field preferred
- 2 or more years of HR experience in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- MS Office experience required; HRIS/ERP preferred
- ERP and/or HRIS system experience
