Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist is a vital member of NANA Healthcare Management, LLC. component of the System of Care. The Human Resources Generalist is under the supervision on the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees. He/she is responsible for working with the Human Resources Manager in overseeing staff, managing all policies and procedures related to staff, ensuring that all files are up to date and meet the Joint Commission guidelines.

Pay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000 Salary
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5pm

Human Resources Generalist

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains proper attendance requirements and limits unexcused absences per Company policy.
- Handles employee complaints, grievances, disputes.
- Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and assignment of employee access across the board for all companies and user platforms.
- Participate in uploading tax statements and necessary documents into payroll platform portal.
- Manages all employee files for all companies.
- Ensures regular audits as assigned by Human Resources Manager be completed in a timely manner.
- Administers employee discipline procedures.

- Support annual salary review
- Communicate with Human Resources Manager and Finance Department so that all information is given so that Payroll is timely and accurate, to include but not to be limited to billing breakdowns, HR invoices, miscellaneous payroll adjustments, garnishments, child support withholding, and direct deposits.
- Participates in Human Resources Team Meetings.
- Manages all Personnel aspects of the organization.
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local regulations in regards to Human Resources.
- Conducts Human Resources needs for staff.
- Protect the privacy of all patient and staff information in accordance with the company privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a health care provider. Failure to comply with the company policies and procedures on patient privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
- Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding company policies and procedures on patient privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position or similar function.
- 2-4 years of experience with payroll processing, administration, payroll tax procedures, and medical benefit management.
- Knowledge in Human Resources practices.
- Must have ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Adhere to Confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2.
- Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities
- Familiar with The Joint Commission Guidelines for employee files
- Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the Human Resource policies and procedures
