Primary Purpose
Assist in daily recruiting in the Human Resource Department in accordance with departmental and company guidelines. The position is remote work from home, with minimal travel.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Job Description
As a recruiter you will own the entire candidate search process: post ads, review candidate records, pre-screen candidates and complete onboarding after candidate is hired. Work with the Human Resource Director and managers to ensure proper ad placement. Assist with other Human Resource functions as needed during client engagement.
Ability to perform the following duties:
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Post jobs
- Review candidate records
- Pre-screen
- Onboarding of new hires
- Employee orientation, development , and training
- Comply with regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education

Skills Required/Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-state recruiting position
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting New Hire Orientations
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret benefit plans, and policies and procedures
- Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Background check (Completed after offer)
- Drug Test (Completed after offer)
- Experience in a Human Resource position will equate the bachelor's degree on a 1/1 basis
