Starting Salary: $42,000 - $48,000
Reports To: Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: SAU Building, 20 Hecker St, Manchester NH
Specific Core Function:
Completes recruitment activities including community outreach to attract qualified and diverse candidates, attendance at job fairs, posting and advertising of job vacancies. Provides training and support to stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Principals, Directors, and others in interviewing, reference checking, and all hiring processes throughout the district. Completes processing of new hires. Organizes and presents new employee orientation programs to acquaint new employees with organizational information, policies, procedures, benefits, employee handbook, and related information.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- One year of human resource experience preferred.
- SHRM-HR Certification a plus.
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Or an equivalent combination of knowledge, background, education, and experience.
