Responsibilities:
- Manage the immigration process for all foreign nationals in need of immigration processing including but not limited to H1-B extensions, annual H1-B lottery process, J1 Visas OPT-stem processing etc.
- Manage our HRIS system – be the guru in reporting, system administration, updates and authenticity of data in the system.
- Be willing to jump in and do whatever is needed to ensure HR initiatives are being taken care of. Must have a rollup your sleeve mentality.
- Facilitate HR change management processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including regular status updates and presentations to the stake holders.
- Build a strong consultative relationship with assigned client groups. Act as key HR point of contact, trusted advisor and sounding board for managers and employees.
- Provide counsel and guidance to employees and managers on sensitive HR issues and concerns with a focus on problem-resolution and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure AA and EEOC compliance and reporting is conducted on an annual basis.
- Manage all of the reporting and auditing process during the specified time.
- Audit payroll in Ulti Pro on a bi-weekly basis.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3 - 5 years prior experience in Human Resources, Immigration Administration and Employee Relations management.
- Previous experience with Ulti Pro required.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, team building, time management, accountability and problem solving.
- Ability to champion change.
- Must be self-motivated, results driven with a strong background in Ulti Pro and Human Resources.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel (20%).
