Position Overview: In addition to managing the day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead our talent and career management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while creating a positive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Career Development and Succession Planning:
- Design and implement career development programs to enhance employee skills and promote internal mobility.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and identify opportunities for performance improvement and development.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in HR programs.
- Learning and Development:
- Partner with training specialists to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
