Boeing South Carolina is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Mid-Level). The role will be located in North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees' engagement and experience by providing HR support for our Final Assembly Manufacturing team. This role will touch a range of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leadership development and HR administration. Position Responsibilities:

  • Function as a business partner within Boeing South Carolina Final Assembly to provide clients with advice on key business objectives and execute on those strategies to solve business challenges.
  • Provide visible HR presence where our teammates work to enable real time engagement and solutions.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Help drive a culture of continuous growth and development through leadership and teammate coaching and career development and pathway consultations.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and provide guidance to teammates and managers. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and drive business results.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Flexible work arrangements will be considered on an as-needed basis.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $65,450 - $88,550

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,600 - $110,400

This position will remain open through March 25th
