About the Role
This position reports directly to the Human Resource Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties of Decostar as described below:
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible or promoting and seeking excellence in all aspects of business.
- Assist in recruiting, job posting, and interview process.
- Participate in New Hire orientation and onboarding.
- Assist with W/C Claims.
- Assist with insurance carrier in managing Short Term and Long-Term Disability claims.
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager, A.G.M. and G.M.
Who we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a Generalist role in a manufacturing environment (automotive experience preferred).
- Prior experience with ADP, Workday or other related systems.
- Strong use and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience navigating through delicate employee issues.
- Bachelor's Degree specializing in Human Resources Management, Business Administration. Different education focus considered if accompanied with equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
