Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team here at BFG. You will perform multiple Human Resources functions within the organization. This is a Full-Time career position generally working Monday thru Friday daylight hours. There will be times where evenings or overnight hours will be required.

The role reports directly to the President of BFG while collaborating with all supervisors to keep and maintain a good working environment. ISO:9001 knowledge would be helpful.

We are looking for a forward thinking creative candidate who will dive into the role. In this role, you will be responsible for all Human Resources aspects of the company.

This will include:

· Time & Attendance processing/tracking

· Recruiting, Interviewing, Pre-employment Drug screening, Job offers, New Hire Orientation

· Payroll processing (after a reasonable time frame)

· DOT quarterly drug/alcohol screening scheduling

· Benefits Administration in conjunction with our Business Manager (PTO tracking, Offering, processing enrollments/terminations)

· Quarterly/Annual Benefit enrollment program Enrollment scheduling/meetings

· Annual Training scheduling/setup

· Disciplinary documentation

· Employee File setup and maintenance

· Accident/Workers Compensation (Paperwork, Investigation & processing)

· Unemployment Claim processing

Qualifications:

· Associate degree or equivalent job experience (5 years or more) in similar role

Pay will be based on experience and job responsibilities
