JOB SUMMARY:
Assist in implementing all Human Resources activities, policies, and programs. Responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, employee onboarding and training, policy documentation, and coordination of employee benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBLITITES:
- Implement strategies for recruiting and staffing.
- Document all policies and issues to ensure compliance with employment regulatory bodies.
- Maintain employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training materials including scheduling.
- Coordinate and document organizational performance evaluation process.
- Update and produce employee handbook and employee communication.
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs.
- Post recruitment announcements. Track and analyze employment markets and makes suggestions for recruitment efforts.
- Edit company job descriptions ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with current and prospective employees.
- Represents the HR Manager at meetings and other forums as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Familiarity with recruiting and retaining quality employees.
- Strong commitment to employee development (including an emphasis on recruitment and retention)
