The Human Resources Director plans, organizes, directs and participates in difficult administrative and professional work in managing the Human Resources system and programs for the County. Work includes developing policies and programs, researching professional journals and materials, and planning for the implementation of human resource management systems with the Manager, department heads, employees, and Board of Commissioners. Functions include policy development and administration, recruitment and selection, benefits, classification and compensation, performance management, employee training and development, employee relations, wellness programs and records management. The employee also serves as part of the management team for the County addressing broad issues of leadership and management.

Pay: $62,834.00 - $80,114.00 per year
