- Influence leaders to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity
- + 8 years of extensive Human Resources experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, including executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence at senior levels of the organization and across the organizational matrix (business/regional)
- Ability to lead or manage multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Previously demonstrated leadership skills, particularly around talent programs, talent/HR strategy, transparent coaching, organizational design, or workforce planning.
- Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.

- Driving Performance: Raise the performance bar and recalibrate every cycle, make timely resource allocation decisions
- Transparent Coaching: Provide fast, accurate, and honest direction to accelerate development; cascade communications to drive strategy.
