The Opportunity:
As our Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our team members at every stage of their journey with us. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that ensure compliance with regulations while fostering an environment of trust, respect, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that prioritize both compliance and employee well-being.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations processes with a focus on fairness, transparency, and empathy.
- Manage employee compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitive employee benefit and value
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Oversee application of FMLA, ADA, EEOC and other regulatory requirements to ensure both compliance and inclusion
- Connect employees with training and development initiatives that empower employees to grow and succeed while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a mindset of giving others the benefit of the doubt.
