Compass Health is one of the largest providers of healthcare in San Luis Obispo County. We are seeking an individual who enjoys a challenge and fast paced work. We are looking for a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator for one of our skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate would possess Human Resources experience, attention to detail, be organized, personable and take pride in their work.
The Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of employee relations and payroll. This will include recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration and personnel file maintenance. This position also ensures that daily employee time punches are correct, tracks time off and processes semi-monthly payroll. Other duties include, overseeing employee injuries while working closely with the Administrator/Corporate office.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years Human Resources Experience
Knowledge of Paylocity HRIS is preferred but not required
Authorized to work in the USA
