Shift & Hours: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Interact with applicants in a positive manner
• Maintains records, compiles information and submits forms in order to obtain and maintain licenses
• Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace
• Communicate benefits to new hires, through employment changes and during open enrollment
• Maintains an accurate, complete database or set of records to track the status of applications, renewals and forms
• Using computers to generate reports, create presentations, and conduct research
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment
• Critical thinking, proactive attitude and strong communication skills required

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced, Human Resources environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass market systems
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
