Job Summary
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Prepare and maintain employee files.
- Submit online job postings.
- Assist Human Resources Manager.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientations.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees, and provide timely resolution to their queries.
- Perform background checks and drug screens.
- Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Need to be able to function in a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress environment.
- Requires at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Requires experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- Other duties as assigned.
