A qualified candidate for the Human Resources Coordinator position will have an immediate impact on the following activities:
- Administrative Support
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Event Planning
Essential duties and responsibilities of the Human Resource Coordinator:
- Assist HR Manager with full cycle recruiting process through ATS Paylocity
- Maintain relationships with local staffing partners
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding activities
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Administrative support and special projects for HR and the Executive Team
Requirements
Education, Experience, and Desired Skills:
- High school diploma and/or college student in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative role
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust priorities accordingly
- Natural drive to learn or grow within the field of Human Resources
- Attention to detail and accuracy, follow-up, and ability to set and accomplish deadlines
- Strong computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet-based applications
- Can demonstrate the ability to exercise a high degree of discretion when discussing sensitive information, such as employee records or company policy changes
