Human Resources Coordinator Position
The Human Resources Coordinator serves as administrative support in the Human Resources to support supervisors and employees to further the cause of The Opportunity Tree in providing supports and services to Members. This is an in office position.
- Liaison for the Human Resources and operations to support supervisors and employees.
- Assist with the recruitment efforts of The Opportunity Tree, which may include internal and/or external job postings, hiring events, and the The Opportunity Tree bonus program.
- Application management to include supply of applications at the Central Office, monitoring application tracking logs for compliance, retention of applications for one (1) year, and disposal of applications after one (1) year.
- Accountable for the Arizona DPS requirements for Fingerprint Clearance Card process to include ensuring all Fingerprint Clearance Cards are current at all times.
- Assist in the new hire process to include processing the form I-9 through E-verify, DES Central Registry check, OIG and SAM LEIE checks, and all other requirements for new hired employees.
- Employee file management to include assemble new files, ensure all files are complete with required documents via the checklist and audits, disassemble files for termed employees, and enter into the master Termed Employee tracking system.
- Data entry and maintenance of tracking systems regarding employees to include confidential employee information, training, regulatory required checks, and The Opportunity Tree required checks.
- Maintain compliance of employee documents to prevent documents from expiring by obtain current documents in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Arizona driver license with Non-Restricted Motor Vehicle Record and compliance per the requirements of The Opportunity Tree's insurance carrier.
- Experience: 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, speak, and listen effectively in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Intermediate in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, web browser (experience with other business software is helpful).
- Successfully meet AZ-DPS requirements for Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Skills to include but not limited to knowledge of principles in staff interaction, task productivity, time management, problem identification and resolution administration.
Salary Description
$45,000 yearly
