SUMMARY
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, supporting the compliance needs of the Human Resources department, ensuring contracts, reporting, and other required documents are timely processed; finalizing job descriptions and completing employee status changes in the Human Resources Information System ("HRIS"), as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

SUMMARY
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, supporting the compliance needs of the Human Resources department, ensuring contracts, reporting, and other required documents are timely processed; finalizing job descriptions and completing employee status changes in the Human Resources Information System ("HRIS"), as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) processes including THL paperwork, scheduling appointments, and ongoing reporting; act as main contact person for IGB
- Process personnel transactions (hires, terminations, title changes, promotions, employment status, transfers, address changes, etc.) via ESCF forms
- Facilitate all Sales Agent processes, including reporting and registration
- Process all personnel and equipment changes in Salesforce ensuring up to date record keeping
- Perform employee data management functions, to include data entry and updates, and maintain data integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Ensure proper execution and compliance of employee contracts
- Facilitate all Employment Agreements including the creation, approval, and filing of signed documents
- Proofread and finalize all job descriptions
- Complete and manage all DoT registrations; manage necessary DoT tracking
- Manage and facilitate all compliance training, partnering with IT and Compliance
- Responsible for notification, documentation, and follow through of vehicle violations
- Conduct policy change roll-outs and follow up to ensure employee compliance
- Act as liaison between Human Resources and the Compliance/Legal departments
- Manage background check, drug testing, and UCIA processes for all employees
- Conduct general office duties as needed (e.g., filing and uploading documents)
- Support other areas of the Human Resources department, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter, highly responsive, and detail oriented
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high-level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
- Be self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
