- 2-4 years of experience
- Support HR Operations initiatives/processes related to employee data related inquiries in support of the business
- Provide support for Audit intake process this person will support audits globally (Statutory audits; financial; SOX audit when there is a need for payroll or demographic data).
- Ability to analyze and review inquiries received by the compliance organization; determine data needed and understand the sensitive nature of the information being requested and shared
- Previous HR, Payroll or Talent Acquisition experience required
- Workday experience is a significant plus in this role contractors will be pulling reports, reviewing the data and analyzing information requests that are received from the business).
- The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems and a strong understanding of how to run reports, organize and analyze HR data.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Project management or business experience a plus
- Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
- Bachelor's Degree
