HR Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed
- Assist with processing payroll
- Assist with maintaining our retirement plans
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
Compliance Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations
- Provide support to the compliance team in various projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities
- Performs other duties as assigned to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
