Our client is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to work onsite. The incumbent will
- Support Hourly employees with (new hire orientation, benefits administration worker's compensation claims, and processing payroll)
- Handle all Onboarding for new hires.
- Support the recruitment team with screening, interviewing, and selecting hourly.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience.
- Four-year degree in Human Resources
- 3 years of Human Resources administration experience in a manufacturing environment
- HRIS System experience (Workday)
- Manufacturing experience
- Processing Payroll
- Workers Compensation
- Benefits Administration
Salary is: $60-70,000, depending on experience.
