Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support the HR team in implementing talent management strategies and initiatives
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting
- Provide support for HRIS system maintenance and updates
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP software
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with leave administration, including FMLA requests and documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as iCIMS, Ceridian, Paychex, or ADP
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
