Weare a highly collaborative team of HR professionals working to attract andretain the best talent and to support and serve our associates inall areas of Human Resources.Tocomplement our team, we're looking for an HR Assistant to provide support inall areas, from talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits, training, aswell as employee engagement activities. You'll be responsible for supportingour various HR team members and initiatives, applicant and associate-facingactivities, administrative support functions and interfacing with ourLeadership Team.
Thisis a full-time, primarily on-site position. Compensation ranges from $17.73 to $22.16 an hour.
What You'll Do:
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training activities
- Assist with candidate communication to ensure apositive experience
- Support various activities in our 120-day onboardingexperience
- Assist in creating and running various HR reports
- Copy and scan files and forms
- Support a variety of celebrations (milestoneanniversaries, retirements, special awards, special events, etc.)involving event planning, execution & communication
- Provide general administrative support
- Support miscellaneousHR projects and initiatives
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Computer savvy with a working knowledge of MicrosoftOutlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Smartsheet
- Knowledge and experience in working withapplicant tracking systems preferred
- Highly effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Creative with a desireto improve processes and experiences
- Positive and professional attitude with a growthmindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; bejointly accountable for meeting business commitments.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to providegreat customer service
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situationsand documentation
- Familiar with HR lawsand regulations
