Human Resources / Recruiting Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Our growing company is seeking a professional Human Resources / Recruiting Assistant to support our Operations Teams in reaching their frontline hiring goals.  The primary focus of this role is to assist in sourcing workers through multiple avenues and aid in the management of our H-2B Visa program.  This critical role is focused on the #1 priority at Yellowstone Landscape – staffing our Branches!  The successful candidate will report to our New Mexico-based Frontline Recruiting and Retention Manager and work alongside the Human Resources Team.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Account Managers and Branch Managers to develop new, out of the box ways to find Service Worker , Technician, Driver and Crew Leader candidates
• Assist in managing our careers-focused social media accounts and reply to candidate messages
• Develop social media content
• Export candidate and employee survey responses from survey system for review with Branch Managers
• Generate and manage relationships with local agencies, clubs, magazines and newspapers
• Create job ads, flyers, brochures and other recruitment material 
• Assist in managing candidate flow by Branch and promote job ads as needed
• Along with the HR Team, coordinate the H-2B Visa program, including the preparation of check requests for related fees and housing, processing travel reimbursement and rental deductions.

Requirements:

• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field a plus.
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish language.
• Social media management experience preferred.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using an HRIS a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
