Job Summary: Perform administrative duties related to the operations of Human Resources to include but not limited to answering phone, filing, data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation. Continually audit employee records for accuracy. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process, etc., refers more complex questions to appropriate senior level HR staff. Assists with onboarding process and monitors new employee orientation. Manges new hire process.
Job Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: Associate Business degree
- Required: 2 + years’ administrative experience.
- Preferred - 2 + years’ administrative experience in the healthcare field.
