We are a growing Claims Administrator looking for the newest HR Rockstar to support the Human Resources Team. Angeion has over doubled in size in the last year. With such a rapid rate of expansion, it’s time to grow the HR team!
This is a fast-paced job, with the opportunity to have your hands on everything HR. The role is challenging and rewarding at the same time. You must be a quick learning and be able to work independently to succeed.
The position is full-time and fully remote.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Bi-weekly Payroll Administration in ADP WFN
- Open Enrollment Support
- Maintain and Update Employee Information in ADP
- Employee Engagement Coordinator
- Compile notices for employee performance annual evaluations on a yearly basis and distribute to managers.
- I9 Management via E-Verify
- Manage Employee Recognition program.
- Labor Poster Board Management
- Maintain organization chart.
- Prepare and complete all written requests for verification of employment (mortgage, employment, welfare, support orders, garnishment, etc.)
- Support recruitment process by screening, testing, and completing background checks; posting positions, etc.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and function as an extension of the Director of HR
- Manage and update handbook and policies
- Assist Director of HR in completing benefit,401K, federal, state and compensation annual reporting.
- Assist with implementation of new Learning Management System
- Special Long and Short Term Projects as assigned by Director of HR
Qualifications Include:
- 2-4 years of experience working in HR
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Multi-State Payroll and Labor Laws
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Self driven and solution driven attitude

Annual Salary: 56,000 - 65,000
