Coordinate the flow of various HR activities between in the areas of recruiting, total rewards, LOA, etc.. Provide confidential support and execute tasks associated with the payroll process.

• Maintain confidentiality in all matters
• Process and perform payroll requirements as required
• Perform duties related to Leave of Absence tracking and reporting
• Process and generate required HR reporting for campus
• Facilitate new hire orientation
• Partner in planning and supporting associate engagement events
• Builds relationships in the community
• Plans and supports job fairs and other recruiting activities
• Builds relationships with all staff and has a strong pulse of the organization
• Communicate company initiatives in a way that engages all associates regardless of location

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills
• Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties
• Proficient use of personal computer for data entry and research purposes
• Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

• High School Education or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors)
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $35.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester, CT 06042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
