```Duties```
- Manage intake and scheduling for busy therapy office
- Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of office personnel
- Plan and organize company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information by implementing appropriate security measures
- Assist with medical office management tasks as needed

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in using office software such as Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Experience in event planning and coordination to successfully organize company events
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff for optimal performance
- Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance the skills of office personnel
- Familiarity with calendar management tools for efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Basic clerical skills for handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
-Working medical terminology knowledge in order to be able to communicate effectively with health care professionals
- Basic understanding of medical insurance (ie in vs out of network benefits, eligibility, deductible and of what physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and massage therapy does)
-Ability to competently manage higher level medical professionals with confidence
