As an Human Resource Business Partner within our Aerospace division, you will be a trusted advisor to HR leaders. The HR Specialist will have a business focus implementing business strategies and tactical items at the site level. The HR Specialist will undertake special projects that allow the organization to improve and grow. Project responsibilities include setting goals and timelines, design thinking, data analysis, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
• You will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business leadership, collaborate with regional leadership teams and connect and align with the Global departments to deliver talent quality (i.e., focused assessment & development, career and succession planning, diversity).
• Translate the business/ functional and corporate strategies into the HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics.
• Ensure Global execution of HR strategy/programs, challenging to balance local business and program needs, while communicating a ONE PPG message.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders to implement annual talent processes (e.g., annual talent assessment, rewards, and executive succession and talent planning processes).
• Champion and support diversity and inclusion programs to lead awareness and accountability and customize strategies where needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related, with additional education or certifications.
• 3 years+ Human Resources experience; prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations.
