Job Title: HR Admin
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department. The HR Admin will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, disciplinary actions, benefits coordination, employee records maintenance, training coordination, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Arrange interviews and coordinate hiring efforts.
- Interact with recruiting subcontractors and assist in pre-employment screenings.
Onboarding New Employees:
- Fill out necessary paperwork and set up benefits for new hires.
- Facilitate badging and other onboarding processes.
Offboarding Employees:
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure the collection of company resources.
Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Disciplinary Actions:
- Conduct and document disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
HR Issue Coordination:
- Coordinate with employees and outside HR support (e.g., AZ HR Hub) to address HR-related issues.
Benefits Coordination:
- Oversee benefits coordination, ensuring employees have access to necessary benefits.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Training Coordination:
- Coordinate employee training sessions and programs.
Annual Hearing Tests:
- Coordinate and schedule annual hearing tests for employees.
Employee Reviews:
- Schedule and manage employee performance reviews in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Meeting Attendance:
- Attend meetings as needed to provide HR input and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or relevant HR roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of HR processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
