Responsibilities may include:
- Provide clerical and administrative human resource support including payroll processing, worker's compensation, benefit and unemployment administration and employee relations.
- Maintain employee related databases including employment records, benefit deductions and tax related information.
- Produce HR related reports as requested.
- Maintain personnel files in an orderly and up to date manner.
- Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
