- Have 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role or work environment?
- Have high proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)?
- Have the ability to effectively balance a workload in which you regularly work on multiple projects?
- Have excellent communication skills that allow you to interpret, understand and follow instructions with ease?
- Have previous customer service and a positive can-do attitude?

Job Duties and Responsibilities...
- Maximizes office productivity using appropriate software applications.
- Responsible for uploading electronic records into employee files.
- Reviews office Managers input into system.
- Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding human resource policies and procedures.
- Assists processing PAFs
- Provides support to all office managers and other management from all levels.
- Processes and audits I-9 forms for accuracy and completeness. (Employment Authorization Dashboard)
- Assists with Audits.
- Handles correspondence.
- Audits employee rates by allocation in system.
- Inputs missing status codes for active employees in ACA Dashboard.
- Maintains effective communication with office managers, management, and other coworkers.
- Assists with processing notifications submitted through secure uploader in Paycom.
- Attends meetings as assigned or needed.
- Assists with all mandatory training compliance and record keeping.
- Assists with administrative payroll tasks as needed, to include: review of daily payroll submittals (this is key for understanding), time of approvals, missing punch report, CA/CO 2nd meal, CA/CO short lunch reports, CA/CO lunch timing report, CA timecards edit audit, Aline card funding, per diem, garnishments, monthly wisely card Funding Activity Report and unclaimed property.
