LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Gilbert. This company is in search of a full time HR Administrator to join the team. This person does need to be fully Bilingual Spanish, with at least 6 months of HR support.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. Starting pay for this job is between $20/hr-$24/hr DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Manage and facilitate employee training programs.
- Conduct employee orientations and coordinate safety training sessions.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of professional HR support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of construction industry HR practices is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
