United Roadside Inc. is on the lookout for a stellar HR/Recruiter to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce, requiring a hands-on approach and a readiness to go above and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge in recruiting top talent across various roles, ensuring a fit not just for the position, but for our company culture.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee retention, and overall workforce development.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle - from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and evaluating their fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive recruitment strategy.
• Craft compelling job descriptions that stand out in the competitive job market.
• Maintain a strong presence in the local job market through networking, attending job fairs, and forming partnerships with educational institutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
